The Art of Descension
A Higher & Lower Self Speaking

This is an excerpt of an inner conversation I had with myself. I felt to write down for remembering. It maybe has some thoughts which you may consider as well.
What is ascension? Or how many of you wish to leave? Too many. You ascend away, instead of learning to descend properly into a dimension. You do not even try once, you try many times (see reincarnation), literally. How many leave the plane by a natural "death" process, shedding away the body with the tremendous relief (see near-death experiences) of the feelings lived in a jail of a physical body and how many actually turn around and say then:
"What did I actually do in life?
I was trying to survive, in a scared society, and yet, I am always, as spirit or as spirit in a human-body, so what was the point?"

What is the point? In that very moment is a rethinking: in a realm of almost no limits and boundaries, you know that there are no boundaries and limits, then you see your own life you lived, and an urge will arise in you, an urge to do more, just more than you already did.
... and here you are again!

You never actually can leave from here,
unless you really get here.
You try to descend: every time you pass the dimension tunnel, when the fluid reality gets denser, you dive into the birth-tunnel, get attached to a physical body as you feel, and in that very moment you already started to forget. The body you get attached to is a body you co-create, but this already feels alien. Why? Because you lack experience of this physical plane, plainly said.
You lack experience of this physical plane and not of the "higher" planes since you come from these planes . . .
The cry for "spirituality" is a cry to regain the understanding why you are here, and while you try to reclaim it, the longing for the other planes arise in you, and you start to remember the brightness, the vividness of those realities where you are a master, you all.
Many of you escape with some concepts. "Ascension" is one of them. You do not need to ascend, because you are there, in the "5th or whatever dimension" as many call it.
You are there already.
From there you send a portion of your spirit into this realm, and when you start to read the channellings of ascension, you start to remember who you are. This is why we all, all those different groups, channel to humankind. Don't get yourself lost in all those names, we are manifold as you are. We are many, and yes, we have agendas as well you have, only you have to reclaim your agenda by remembering.

You mostly sleep here, and sleep is when the consciousness temporarly doesn't reside in the body.
You are children of a god you pray to. This being you feel, this father and motherhood, is beyond what your minds and hearts can comprehend. It's beyond what can be expressed. In the attempt to reconnect who you are, you consider your true nature as something separate from yourself, and this creates the gods you worship. There are no gods, there are just beings as you are, some awake, some sleeping, but all originate from only one God, one Source, and this is the truth.
You are longing to a part of yourself, but yet, many of you ask, where is God? You made an unseen God, you made deities, you started to go so far that some believe there is no God, or all is just chaos. The reason why it's possible that you actually are able to forgot your identity is because you reject descending; there is an intentional cut made by yourself. It's like you kick yourself away from who you are and you pretend to be someone else, apart. This fragmentation is the key of your experience. You call fragments past-lives, or aspects of yourself when you recognize it in your present moment.
You have been approached by other beings, who want to understand how to expand or even descend into a reality such as yours. Earth is a test-tube, and to observe it, it was put under quarantine. That has been decided by many, including you. You blame others that you are isolated, but it's actually you who pretended to be apart, who makes up all what you are in. Your weakness has been attracting other beings who fragmented in other more subtle realities than yours: the ETs as you call them mainly.
You are angels, you know?! And yet you pretend so successfully that you aren't. How long do you want to play this further? So many of you cry, but what you need to do is simply descend into this reality, because this reality is not separate from the big reality. Your denial makes the veil, the rejection and the pain you all create when you take birth. There is so much pain produced within your emotional soul-memory when you are born which many of you never discover while being alive, and when you withdraw from the physical plane, most of you turn into a blast of light after death.
You are as bright as the gods and masters you are so in awe of, you are even as bright as the brightest being you can imagine; and you are the immense love in yourself that you are so vividly trying to find in others.
Learn to arrive in this plane you reject. Arriving and descending is done by accepting all and you actually start to see the spirit of love in all. On that way, many will challenge you and try to make you believe otherwise. Don't fool yourself. They project their denial unto you, and as long you are not committed to be here, the doubts will penetrate your consciousness.
Remember that there is only one reality, and you actually slice it into planes, and this is because you reject or prefer certain planes. Descend, and you will be in the middle of creation, and there will be no veil anymore. Then, ascension is an instant gift, given by the fact you embrace all. Don't think you can ascend away without having embraced all, it doesn't work that way. You will be back, again and again. Masters remember, whereever they are. The master you are, be it here as well!
